Why I Started FAST Fitness & Lifestyle — My Transformation, My Mission

My Breaking Point


There was a time when I was stuck — mentally, physically, emotionally. No routine. No accountability. Just frustration masked by excuses.


I took my “before” photo on one of the lowest mornings of my life. I was tired of feeling like a stranger in my own body. I felt heavy on my feet and sluggish most of the day.

But that morning, I made a choice:


To stop making excuses and start making a change. It started as a challenge to myself. To show up.


I started with bodyweight exercises only to ensure I didn't injure myself or slow my progress. No excuses this time led me down a challenging path of showing up every day and sticking to my routines. Even on the road, I still managed to keep up with every single workout. Why? Because I made a promise...


There were days that I had to double up on my routines, as I may have been too busy with work or family, so I did it. I made sure I got all the reps I needed.






The Birth of FAST


That choice became the spark behind what is now F.A.S.T. Fitness & Lifestyle — a real, battle-tested system built from the ground up:

  • Habit-focused, not hype-based

  • Structured programs you can follow at your own pace

  • Coaching that keeps you accountable

  • A new mindset that pushes you beyond your limits

  • Weekly measurements and routines like weigh-ins and body photos


I didn’t create FAST to impress people. I created it to impact the lives of people, change mindsets, overcome doubts, and help people build their confidence for the long term. Sustainably.





Real Fitness. Real Change.


FAST isn’t about looking perfect. It’s about getting real with yourself, and doing what it takes — one day at a time. Showing up and holding yourself accountable, and building the habits to continue to do so time after time.


You don’t need a fancy gym. You don’t need to wait until Monday. You just need a plan, a reason, and someone who’s been there to show you what is possible and be there for you when you doubt it's possible.


If you're like me, you will watch the calendar days get crossed off before making any real plan to jump in and go. Having an app and a program...even a trainer at your fingertips to motivate and check in with would be the fix for most.


That’s what I built. That’s what I’m sharing with you. You're already here, and that is the first step to a new you. A new goal, a new life, a new page, so to speak.





What about Diet?

If it's serious body recomposition you're after, or just to lose a few pounds, then you will need a structure to adhere to. This isn't a magic pill or a one-and-done solution. Every change takes work, sacrifice, and discipline. You will need to rethink your daily intake and make the sacrifices where you see fit.


The changes I had were the result of a large calorie deficit, very limited alcohol intake (if any), and the shedding of nearly 36lbs and then rebuilding muscle from nearly a single-digit body fat %. It was extreme, I was cranky, and my wife got annoyed as hell!

But it was worth every bit, every moment, and every small struggle along the way.


I was lighter, more agile, more energetic through the days, more productive, and most of all... happier and confident in my skin.


I like it so much, I ended up doing my program 3 times in a row for 270 days straight. I ended up putting back about 20lbs in muscle.


Stronger, healthier, and much happier.

I have a motto..."Challenge Today. Change Tomorrow." This rings true in any new venture or adventure. It has helped me conquer my doubts, build businesses, and create the mindset and body I have always wished for.
